Working on a case study on stores implementing Live Streaming Videos in working with the Digital Showroom Customer. The Digital Showroom Customer is the customer that would like to do more of the deal remotely. Not all of it, just a big portion potentially. Live Streaming Video has help introduce the customer to the store to have a better "in store experience" as they already know the sale person. So far, the results have been impressive but would like to get more dealerships.

I'd like to reach out to this community and see if anyone has a process currently in place to participate in this study. You could be using any type of streaming capability at your dealership.

Could be of the following but not limited to:
1). Meet and Greet - Internet Lead or Phone Up
2). Walk Around the Car
3). Trade Appraisal Remotely
4). Working Numbers, Proposal with Customer
5). Buyer / Co Buyer Application Process
6). F&I Remotely

If anyone would be willing to participate, please let me know. I have about 15 dealers participating right now and like to keep this informational to help dealerships improve the customer's experience.
