Curious how everyone’s feeling about Digital Retailing tools these days, especially Accelerate by Cox Automotive.
It’s been around long enough that most of us have tried it in some form, so I’m wondering if it is actually moving the needle for you in terms of leads and deals? Or are customers still defaulting to the classic “call or stop by” route no matter what’s online?
Also curious if anyone has stepped away from Accelerate (or other DR tools) and still seen success just keeping their site clean and focusing on process, traffic, and response times instead.
Would love to hear what’s working (or not) for you guys lately.
