DMV troubles with Carvana

I've been hearing through the grapevine where customers (2 acquaintances) ran into some concerning issues with the DMV when trading/selling their vehicles to Carvana. I tried to get a grasp for their issue(s) but I was not able to pinpoint exactly what business policy could be causing the issue. It may be nothing more than timing, we were having these issues a few months ago but it seems as if this may be a different issue.

Anyone else hearing about this?

Seems they may be moving too fast with inventory and not getting titles in hand fast enough, issues with registrations, etc.
