Has anyone used a company outside of the big DMS providers for document archiving? The idea is to go as paperless as possible but not have it be proprietary software that we will have to keep forever. Any suggestions on a company that has done a good job for you in the past would be great.

Document Archiving- has anyone had success and if so what company did you use

We are with DocStar. It has been an easy system to integrate with. It has decent optical recognition and good support for bar codes. There is also a colding option however I have no experience with that section.
Only saw archiving with Reynolds and Reynolds but it was great. Had to scan alot of papers but it at least worked and was able to pull up all the deals and RO's easily just by typing in the deal # or RO #
