Shawn, are you looking for something that you can manually plug in or something more automatic where you choose from your inventory and post?
If so there are many services that offer this feature.

ebay also have their own listing and bid management tool.
One of my all time fav ebay listing tools and bid management software for dealers is eBizAuto.

I was a fan of eBizAuto until I got on board with eCarlist.
Just wondering, why do you prefer eBiz>eCar?

Len and the eCarlist are top shelf.
I had only mentioned eBizauto because I has used them in the past and thought it was a solid service and try provided a robust eBay listing and management service.
Liquidmotors is one hear about as well thought I have never used them.

Take a look at the major players on eBay and you'll find the majority use eCarlist or eBizAutos.
@shawn A bit more out of the box and probably much cheaper is to find a designer to make you custom templates on 99designs or eLance.
