Email Versus Phone

IMO you must assume the lead is not only valid in all respects but, interested in buying RIGHT NOW. Act accordingly in all cases and at all times. If you have a phone number, you MUST call. I wouldn't recommend offering a choice of contact preference. My skin crawls when a Sales Coordinator attempts to pre-determine the quality of a lead WITHOUT any contact or effort.
