ERA Access Security Check (Captcha Code)

Hi Everyone,

As anyone else noticed Era Access now prompting for a Security Check (Image with letters) after logging in. A dealership for which we're doing some work is now prompting us for a Security Check code which we have never gotten before. We were prompted in the last few days to install ERA Access updates but did not have to login until now. I'm assuming this is new. Just thought I'd ask around

I encountered the captcha security prompt around a year ago. The only way around it for us was to have the CFO of the dealer group contact their Reynolds rep directly and ask to have it removed. It was taken care of within an hour of the request. The next big software update seemed to reset these settings and we started seeing the captcha again. We asked to have it disabled and it was done, just took about 24 hours the second time. The joys of dealing with R&R...

It seems to depend upon the "clout" of the dealer with Reynolds. Large dealer groups are having no issues. Smaller single point stores seem to be finding Reynolds not as cooperative.

Totally disagree, it depends on how far is your contract renewal; if it is far you are screwed.

Or if you have sent in your do not auto renew letter!
