ERAccess problems.

Hi, I'm having some problem with ERAccess and I don't know what's going on.

1. The program sometimes just likes to log me off for no reason.

2. The program also likes to randomly freeze.

These 2 issues have been driving me crazy. Does anyone know how to fix these problems?

First one sounds like some sort of network problem. I know when our network hardware was overloaded we would always have problems like this -- is it hosted locally? Have you done any sort of diagnostics?

Second one, honestly sounds like you might have to uninstall/reinstall. Have you tried this yet?
