Very very long story short I'm looking to gain a further understanding of the "behind the scenes" of F&I, as a buyer, the basics have been integrated into my sourcing strategies. Meaning, I understand the overall concept of the loan value and it's the effect on "turnover"; However, recently (after hiring a new F&I manager) deals are becoming harder to put together on vehicle's that are being priced 1.5-2k above loan value from day 1. So ultimately, the vehicles are being purchased and priced in a manner that opens them up to the larger demographic of people that may either have bad credit w/minimal cash down or on the flipside great credit with no cash.
Are there any good (MODERN) F&I manuals, webinars, classes, etc that don't cost an arm and a leg to breeze over.
