You don't want to spend $10,000 a week for a Trainer to come in and teach your BDC the things they should already know, the online manufacturer courses are for kindergartners and offer no help at all, and in-store training is spotty at best. Most times, all you really have the do-what-that-person-does mentality of training, the same training method that has been handed down for generations, to the time of Lincoln, or Zachry Taylor.
Considering all that, what do you feel is the best way to increase the skill-set, abilities, and production of your BDC, and how would you do it? Plus, what skills do you think it most important to work on?
