Free Reverse Phone Look-Up?

I know I've found free services before -- google a phone number, wade through the ads and paid services to find the internet's version of the Phone Book, but I'm having trouble finding it/them now through all the paid crap.

Anybody have a go-to for free reverse phone look-up?

I could have sworn that https://www.spydialer.com was free. I use Mr. Number @ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mrnumber.blocker&hl=en_US or https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/mr-number-call-block-lookup/id1047334922?mt=8 and that's never failed me (no ads).

Been getting some sketchy calls from a certain number. Any good way to look them up? A lot of the "services" out there seem sketchy, themselves. :confused:

I am a fan of true people search, paired with a adblocker on your web browser it is very easy to use.
