Freed up some budget, what should we add?

Part of the problem here is that we are a small dealership, yet we draw about 300 leads/month.

Great problem to have. I've been working on a write-up of the different lead/traffic providers out there searching for the answer to the question of quality. Getting more leads is easy based upon budget. Getting better leads is often more challenging and it sounds like you're in that boat right now.

I have no real insights yet - so far the lead quality from everyone I've checked have been pretty lousy. I'll post on DR when I have some news to report about it. Your situation seems to be the very one that I'm trying to address with the study.
