LOL So true! Jim Knight promised to be on location after our local sales rep didn't show up and didn't even call, but texted almost 30 days after the meeting saying he was sorry. Our training meetings haven't happened in over a year, and we paid for multiple trainings per year, this was the biggest reason we moved from Autobase!
