Google Review Responses - MIA

This morning I discovered that all of our responses to our Google Reviews are completely gone - like they never even happened; they were all there just 2 days ago. I'm hoping that they will magically reappear (with the appropriate time stamp).


Anyone else experiencing this?

Update: Some of the newest ones have now come back, the older ones are still not back yet though.

Emily, HERE is one of the other threads. I hope this helps! Tell us how you do with getting them back. I'd love to get my old responses back.

Kcar, try not to tell us there's something somewhere and we should go find it. Tell us where and give a link.

My RESPONSES to our reviews are missing (not the reviews themselves)... I did not see an existing thread on that.

Emily, I have the same problem. After the Places/Local/+ merge I lost everything our text (responses) and only 1 review.

I haven't heard of anything to get them back yet...but I'd like to know too!
