Mike, if you are reviewing chat providers, I'd like to suggest my company VeriShow as a new alternative. We recently received approval from both GM and CDK Global for use on their websites. We are currently running a pilot with Shop-Click-Drive and if you have any interest I would be happy to provide the details.
