Our dealership group just made the switch to C4. The transition has been easy, their staff is wonderful so far. We're only a few weeks into their "Phase 2" so I don't have specific metrics to give BUT I can feel a difference already. Their ads are working!


I first heard about them when I received a cold-call from one of their salespeople, Ken. I get dozens of sales calls so I know how to weed most of them out on a daily basis. I set up a time to have a webinar with Ken. I actually like him! Who can say that about their salesperson? Even if you bought a recent service from someone, can you remember who sold it to you?


He completely won me over in the demonstration. What really got me? He sent over a book on what our current advertising situation was, where we needed to improve, and how THEY were going to help us do it. I laid the book on my VPs note that said, "See me when you're finished reading!" First question he asked me? "How do I find out more?!" So I set up another webinar with Ken, myself, and my VP.


All of our questions were answered. And if he didn't know, he had a response for us within the hour sent to our email. Everyone I've spoken to at C4 is completely knowledgeable about their services.They know the ins-and-outs of Google, Bing, Facebook, reputation management, targeting, re-marketing, display ads, OEM compliance laws, literally every marketing/advertising solution I could hope for. DID I MENTION they completely break your template dealer site into a completely customized, high ranking organic site? *que Hallelujah Chorus*


While I know there are other services that would also be able to write custom meta tags and data for our site, C4 was there to handle everything. And keep handling everything. Keep updating. Keep writing. Keep creating. This is not a 'set it and forget it' kind of policy.


Besides that, there are weekly meetings to keep you informed or discuss concerns or changes as they happen. What other company does that? There's also a 6-to-1 account manager ratio. That means my account manager only has 5 other dealerships/companies to help. Do you know what my Dealer.com rep has? I believe it's now over 70 if not closer to 90. It's more than any one human can possible manage effectively, that's for sure.
