Have you guys seen this with Google My Business post

Just curious if you guys have see this with Google My Business post before. Google is highlighting keywords in the GMB post from a standard search.

Has anybody done any testing to optimize this with local search?

Also, do you think it matters what type of post thats made in GMB. Product post, Update, Event or Offer. Which do you think performs better. Notice the map listing is showing the Sierra only Post. I have others but they're not shown.

Updates and offers seem to out perform events for us. I'm seeing half the views on Event posts over updates or offers.
