You're such the perfectionist Joe!  Here I thought I had it all and you go and put me back to work.




I believe that is what you're looking for.  Notice at the introduction it"s "I am with the customer satisfaction department."  If you would like to be more specific, I can create something.  Like if you had a list of certain questios you would like answered.  Keep in mind this call would not be about trying to get the customer back in.
