Greetings All,

I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Grant and I am a former Stalker of the Dealer Refresh Forum. Everyday I ready the posts here to gain a better insight into digital marketing and selling.

I have to thank all of you for posting so schmucks like me can learn from you. I have been selling cradle to grave for 2 years now and am looking to take my store/department/career to the next level.

This forum is a true asset to all in the automobile profession. Today's ILMs are really tomorrow's DPs and GMs! Having insight from different brands, groups, set-ups from all of the the country is what will force us all to sharpen our skills.

I look forward to reading everything I can and engaging in conversation with you all!

I have to agree about the phone booth......Just because I own purple ties does not mean I am seen in public with them. Elderly family members seem to think I like purple and give me a tie every year.... As long as your club is a "secret" socitey I'll join but shhhh, don't tell grandma!
