I just hired a fresh unexperienced Internet person that hopefully we become my internet manager in the near future. She has sales and phone experience just not car sales. Do yall have any recommendations for training outside the store? Obvioulsy hands on training and getting in the trenches is the best training but just wanted to throw in some unique training from an outside source so she can try to avoid some bad habits.
