If you were involved in starting a brand new franchise dealership, what processes would you do different? Many dealerships try to make changes to adjust to the internet buyers and online marketing but they are often held back by the past or by employees that don't accept a new process.
So, I was wondering if you were starting from scratch what would you do?
Here my top questions that we are debating:
Internet Sales Managers/Internet Department versus. Internet Store
(Internet Store - who is responsible if making sure everything is answered?)
Would you make your online prices the same as what you quote every customer?
Traditional Sales Consultants or Product Specialist w/a few Closing Managers
Using Sales Staff in a structured call center for follow-up, BDC, or outsource BDC
So, you guys who have great minds let me hear your thoughts....
