We currently use elead for our ILM and we may be looking at other options...does anyone have recommendations for an inexpensive ILM that will only be used to work internet leads?

AJ, I don't know the cost but Alex announced that Dealer.com has a new CRM. We are committed to DealerSocket which will be installed at our two Lexus stores this month. Not a bad thing, I was using it three years ago and liked it. From what I have seen, it has seen significant improvements since I used it.
Are you having issues with elead? Are you just trying to cut expenses?
