Thanks for the advise. Right now their competition is not very doing much. No Autotrader, very little Craigslist, no cars.com.. just website and prints ads. I am very much living in the "North Pole!" Most of their buyers are older loyal folks who make the drive into town (40 miles away) to purchase Honda's and Toyotas... oh, and Saburu I really need to introduce the town to the convenience and "better price" I can offer them... this is going to be very tricky. I am going to need to use print ads to point them toward the internet. This should be easy to start from the groud up but I really think I have my work cut out for me!
