Manage daily sales activities of lead-to-appointment sales agents at Honda of Tyson's Corner in the Washington DC metro area. Coach, motivate and direct BDC sales agents to convert incoming phone calls and internet leads to appointments. Achieve specific appointment set-show-sold sales targets. Hands-on leadership is essential. Teamwork is critical. Instruct and coach best practices in responding to internet-based leads. Ensure BDC agents send engaging emails that generate customer replies, appointments and sales. Ensure BDC agents follow a daily sales process to maximize outbound email communications and follow-up. Instruct and coach best practice phone skills - incoming and outbound follow-up calls. Ensure BDC agents follow a daily sales process to maximize outbound phone calls and follow-up. Be proficient in training best practice and keystroke training of all systems, programs, software specific, advanced sales/ customer service skills, technical systems and process training applications including but not limited to eLEAD CRM tool. Demonstrate and train staff to generate key reports and use various dashboards to measure and manage the key performance metrics.
