 Position Title: Internet Sales Manager

Reports To: Sales Manager

Manages Others: Yes

Status: Full-time



 The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for the  development of online marketing initiatives as well as training and  managing the dealership’s business development center representatives.  Key tasks for which the position is responsible include:



 

  1. Maintaining communications with internet marketing vendors, including lead providers and website companies.
  2. Managing an appointment-setting business development center and completing all necessary training with these representatives.
  3. Marketing new and used vehicles online by taking pictures and providing accurate descriptions of vehicles.
  4. Providing weekly and monthly reports on shown and sold appointments.
  5. Instituting procedures to meet and exceed goals set by sales management.
  6. Evaluating lead providers and managing the direction of online marketing initiatives.
  7. Managing and updating the dealership’s social media strategy.

The ideal candidate for the Internet Sales Manager position will possess:


  1. Two years experience in a managerial/non-selling internet position
  2. Familiarity with search engine optimization, search engine marketing and social media
  3. Experience managing or working in an automotive business development center
