The Peterson Auto Group is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our team. Idaho's largest auto group has been putting our customer first in the Treasure Valley since 1928.
Job Requirements:
Car sales experience
Ability to train, inspire, and lead a department of over 7 people
Computer Saavy - type at least 40 WPM
Organization - must be able to stay organized in a fast paced environment
Job Description
Internet Salesperson Management - lead, manage, and train internet department salespeople
Internet Lead Management - oversee and distribute email and phone prospects among internet sales staff
Internet Salesperson Training - conduct weekly store meetings and one-on-one training sessions with internet sales staff
Maintain Internet Sales Department Staff - responsibilities include hiring and replacing internet salespeople
Reporting and Analytics - Compile and interpret department key metrics
Reputation Management - improve and respond to public website reviews
Vendor Relationships - monitor and improve vendor performance. Troubleshoot and fix vendor communication problems
Desk Communication - maintain intimate level of communication with new and used car desk managersBenefits and Additional InfoThis is a commission position with a $4k guarantee that has 6 figure potential. We need to take these 3 franchises from 50 deals a month to 80.
