We talk a lot about everything on this site but I don't often hear much about training. I just finished a new course through NCM Institute that was taught by Steve Stauning and Greg Wells. My Dealer Principle is a strong believer in training and invests A TON OF $'S in it. I have attended countless seminars and this one was by far the best. Over the last year as an ISM I have learned a ton from this site and attending Digital Dealer. I wish I could have started with the NCM training and supplemented from there because the course really filled in a lot of holes I had in my knowledge and processes. Getting out of the store and listening to some people who know there stuff has been a serious refresher. I am excited to see the results.

Have any of you attended anything that might be worth mentioning. I think it would be good to hear for those of us who have a dealer willing to invest in us.
