Is there an app for that? (checking how your pricing compares to neighboring dealers for new vehicles)

Does this app already exist? Would be awesome to know how our pricing compares to the other dealers in our area.

Like if the guys down the road start pricing their F150s at $500 below MSRP and we're at $400 below MSRP.

If there's no app, what do you guys do to keep track of this?

I think this is exactly what vAuto does. I just enter an appraisal for the car I'm looking for and use the tool that lets me see similar models in market, how long the dealer has had the vehicle, price changes, etc.

vAuto Conquest is exactly what you're looking for:

Conquest is a little pricey and has a lot of other features, so if you're looking to simply keep an eye on competitors' pricing, you could build a web scraper to accomplish that.
