don't suppose you have a canadian version? We use BlackBook api, takes a lot of tweaking to try and arrive at a normal appraisal.

We did the same idea with Canadian Black Book but realistically... sometimes they are way, way out of whack.Not Canadian but we used the JD Power API to build this valuation tool:
