One of the positives and negatives with web based software is it can be accessed anywhere.
My question for you is, does your dealership limit access to just the IP addresses of your dealership or can anyone log in to your CRM from anywhere?
I would recommend limiting access to salespeople and perhaps even others to just be within the dealership's network. This helps protect you from from an employee sabotaging your system before or after they leave your dealership.
You should also be able to see a log of when people login and what IP they login from.
I have seen a dealership fire someone and not take their access away and then the employee logs in from home and changes the dealers pricing on their inventory to be below their cost. Not a good deal... but a little IP security can help prevent these scenarios.
