Looking for 10 independent dealers to test an AI toolkit (free, real feedback wanted)

I've followed up on a couple of AI threads in this subforum recently and wanted to make a more direct ask of the group.

I'm Todd Reinbolt, founder of Gen X Ops. I build AI tools for independent car dealers. The kind of dealer who can't justify a $75K AI manager hire and isn't getting much help from their DMS rep on this stuff.

I've spent the last few months putting together what I'm calling the Dealer AI Stack. Four kits:

1. VDP Prompt Pack. AI prompts that write VDP copy that doesn't sound like every other listing on the row.
2. Digital Ad Kit. Ready-to-launch ad copy for FB, Google, TikTok, SMS, and email.
3. GEO Kit. Schema templates, FAQ structure, and the setup work to get your store recommended when shoppers ask ChatGPT or Google AI for car recommendations.
4. Lead Response Kit. A 2-week DIY pilot for sub-60-second AI lead response using ChatGPT or Claude plus Zapier, Twilio, and Airtable.

The bundle normally sells for $197. I'm not pitching it here.

What I'm actually looking for is 10 independent dealers who'll take the full bundle free and give me honest feedback after two or three weeks. Not a survey. Not a testimonial request. Just a real conversation about what worked, what didn't, and what's missing.

Why I'm doing this: I built these in my home office, not in a dealership. I need real dealers using them in real stores before I push this any harder. Polished feedback is fine. Brutal feedback is better.

A few things upfront so nobody's surprised:

• Independent dealers only. Single rooftop or small group. No franchise stores for this round.
• If you take the bundle, I'll ask for honest feedback. That's the whole deal.
• If you end up liking it and want to share with other dealers, there's an affiliate option. That's optional, and we can talk about it later if you're interested. Not the focus of this post.
• I'll cap this at the first 10. If more than 10 raise their hand, I'll start a wait list for a second wave.

Drop a comment or DM me if you're interested. Let me know what kind of store you run (used, BHPH, mixed, etc.) and what your biggest current AI or process pain is. That helps me make sure the kits are actually useful for you before I send them.

This looks like a nice offering for any independent dealers looking to make some moves, while getting their feet wet in utilizing Ai.
