Where I see most dealers can improve is the customer journey. Improve the customer journey and you can increase your leads/sales without spending more money.
For example, if someone clicks on an email or ad that shows an offer, show that same offer on your landing page.
If someone clicks over from Autotrader to your VDP, change the VDP to show similar vehicles higher up on the page.
