Spreading the word that all of our Mobile Web Sites were hacked overnight. Doing some googling, I've found that we weren't the only dealer to be hacked. Please check your mobile sites to make sure you are good to go.

If you want to Google to see which websites were hacked, use this phrase with quotes "hacked by YMH". Screen cap below.

Couldn't they have picked a creepier image? Thanks for the heads up! We're your vendors able to fix yet?

We're back to normal. Thankfully the team at Dealer eProcess was able to get us fixed up in no time at all. It wasn't just a single provider that was hacked either. FordDirect, Cars2Go, Dominion, and others all fell victim to the mobile vulnerability. Scary stuff!

✨ AI Highlights

Multiple automotive dealers reported their mobile websites were compromised by a hacker using the tag "hacked by YMH," affecting several major platform providers including FordDirect, Cars2Go, and Dominion. The post serves as a warning for dealers to audit their mobile sites for similar vulnerabilities, though at least one vendor (Dealer eProcess) was able to restore affected sites quickly. The key takeaway is that this was a widespread attack affecting multiple providers rather than isolated incidents, making it critical for all dealers to verify their mobile site security.
