Moz Local

The price is definitely right compared to the other services. Yext claims that they submit to way more directories, but how many of them ever show up in search? Probably not many of them.

The tool is oriented towards Local SEO, where citations are a big driver in rankings. So, they only submit to a handful of listing sites, but those sites push (Aggregate) their data to a good portion of the internet. I haven't tested this tool out, but I currently do use Bright Local and WhiteSpark for building and tracking citations.

Also, citations aren't the only component of Local SEO, so this isn't a silver bullet; just a tool to help you get started.

Have used this tool for years and gets results - should also try sweetiq - their listing consistency tool is solid way to improve your existing listings - NAP consistency is best way to improve local rankings - even a little change like st vs street or bracketed phone number and dash separated ones will impact
