Someone much wiser than me here at CI once said "People tend to overestimate what can be accomplished in one year but underestimate what can be accomplished in ten years."

Elon and Co. are targeting Texas for a truck plant.  The TX Legislature is a notoriously goofy bunch.  Will it be built within one year?  Probably not.  Will the conversation be different in ten years?  I bet so.
