Need help calculating sales tax and tag on site...

All,
I am running around in circles seraching for a company that offers a database or API that can allow my customers to do a quick change to the zip code to adjust the taxes and tags calculated on my site's VDP. Here is a snapshot on Vroom's page what I am referencing...




I have been in contact with DMV Nationwide and they offer an API service for the full breakdown/required docs but charge close to $8/pull. I have to believe there is a cheaper option. After all if we had 500 customers adjust the zip code on our VDP in a month that would set us back a cool $4K!

Any help would be much appreciated!

There has to be a cheaper alternative. Could this be a data point that would only need updated maybe every 6 months to a year once you have the texes for every city and state recoded?
