Hello everyone,
After stepping away from my previous role in the visual merchandising space after 12 years, one of the first people I connected with was Ryan Farina, a longtime operator who's run over 20 rooftops. Over the past few months, I've had the chance to get a behind-the-scenes look as he's built something impressive from the ground up.
It's called Data Driverz, and it solves a problem a lot of dealers feel daily:
Most of the tools dealers use are great at one thing — CRM, DMS, inventory, marketing, etc. But none of them talk to each other. So you spend half your day pulling data, trying to stitch together what's working, what's off, and where the problems are.
Data Driverz pulls all of that into one place, and more importantly, ties it directly to your goals. You get real-time performance across your store, AI that flags what needs attention, and a clear picture of how you're pacing before the end-of-month fire drill. It helps you make faster, more informed daily decisions and pivot when needed.
Dealers spend a ton on their CRM, DMS, inventory, and marketing tools, but are you really getting what you should out of them? This is the middleware that finally connects the dots and unlocks the full value of the systems you're already paying for.
What's most important to know is that it was built the right way, not by tech bros guessing at dealer problems, but by someone who's lived them firsthand. That's what really drew me in. I've recently decided to jump in to help with product and rollout, and figured I'd share a quick heads-up here.
Not a sales pitch, yet
, just something I think this community will appreciate as it starts to roll out.
I'm happy to answer questions or connect if anyone is curious.
