My point is there is a puzzling (pardon the pun ) lack of adoption of common scheduling tools in sales. Something as simple as "Schedule an appointment to see this car, and here is your calendar invite" is not widely embraced.
when I was car shopping two years ago I found it odd that the salesperson did not send me a calendar invite once we confirmed when I would come in. I think most 30-something and 40-something aged people run their lives on their apple or google calendar. SO you definitely have a good point here. It would feel a bit more professional to me if the sales rep did that. But maybe sales reps are doing this now but I am just not in the market at the moment.
