Anyone using as off site call center as the main calls for you sales department? We recently addded a CRM company that has an a call center and I often wonder if this would be a better option for the dealership?
As our dealer group grows I consider possibly converting our smaller sized BDC to a service/CSI department and outsource the sales calls. Anybody want to share experiences?
