JC - a quick email suggestion. As a new dealership, make sure you have a process in place to capture your customer emails. It won't generate sales this month, but in 3 years or so when your customers need another car you'll be glad you have the database. Also, collecting emails isn't enough. Even though short-term you may not have enough of a database to justify a customer newsletter, don't let those emails languish. You can send a Merry Christmas email, happy birthday, happy car purchase anniversary, etc. so that when you do start sending a newsletter your email won't be a complete surprise to your list.
 
It's good to get your cars into an aggregation service as well. Vast powers a bunch of different 3rd party sites and I'm pretty sure it's free for dealers. Here's a link for you:

I would also suggest your own website catered to this market. If it's a small lot I've come across these guys that seem to have a good grasp on servicing smaller used car lots. Very competitive pricing for their services too.
