Hill International Trucks is a financially secure heavy- and medium-duty truck and trailer dealer with a 115 year history of serving the tri-state area of Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
We are seeking driven, high-energy truck sales consultants to grow market share within a protected territory by developing successful, long-term relationships with both prospective accounts and our established, loyal customer base. We are looking to fill positions at our five year old, 35,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art dealership in Eighty Four, PA off of I-70 as well as at our Wheeling, West Virginia location.
We pride ourselves on being a “one stop shop” for all of a customer’s truck and trailer needs; therefore, our sales consultants must also promote the total dealership package, including parts, service, body shop, extended warranty, finance, leasing and rental.
Desired Skills & Experience:
· Previous B2B sales experience required, preferably in the truck, heavy equipment, automotive or related fields
· Ability to uncover customer needs in a consultative manner and match those needs with the appropriate features and benefits of a particular product
· Ability to close sales with all levels of customers from fleet executives to single owner-operators
· Some college education preferred
· Mechanical aptitude is a definite plus
· Strong attention to detail, especially regarding time management and organization
· Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and e-mail
· Experience managing leads and opportunities within a customer database or CRM system (ACT, Goldmine, Salesforce, etc.)
