Business Development – Outside Sales : Job Description
Cyber Dealer is looking to hire additional Outside Sales people to join our team. As the industry continues to embrace a higher level of technology, there are more opportunities than ever before. Cyber Dealer needs great people that can prospect, present and close on a myriad of products and services.
From inventory services, Lot Service, Photo Service, Advertising Packages, CRM/ILM, Incentive Programs, TV Point of Sale systems – Cyber Dealer is always able to offer cutting edge solutions that will increase the dealers bottom line. With a growing arsenal of products and services, you can expect to have more opportunity than any competing company – period.
Cyber Dealer also offers sign up incentives, trials and creative ways to help close business – all tied in with commissions and bonuses, of course.
Desired Skills & Experience:
We are looking for seasoned sales professionals with automobile experience that are comfortable developing relationships, working out of a home office and being a road warrior for a minimum of 4.5 days per week. We need teammates who are comfortable with helping dealers make a choice that's right for them. The key to this job is the ability to develop relationships, staying on top of follow up and sharing why our products and services are in the best interest of the Dealer. The products are the best in the industry, we need you to help present, close and continue to consult and upsell.

Job Location:
Regional Territory & Home Office. Pittsburgh region, Washington DC region and North Carolina - Triad region - 3 positions open.
Compensation:
§ Base salary of $36k to $60k based on experience
§ Commission Per Sale
§ Recurring Commission on residual billing
