Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling an assigned client relationship from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. This objective is accomplished by interfacing with all parties involved in the activation process (i.e. media/art design, programming, product support representatives, sales and accounting) on the client’s behalf and in Showroom Logic’s interest. Production Coordinators are also expected to resolve potential account setup issues before the account is handed off to the Product Support Representatives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Participates in overall product strategy, research and development requirements, development, for new and emerging clients.
  • Verify and gather additional information regarding activation
  • Order and handle all issues with the dealer's inventory feed throughout the life of the account
  • Create/link the AdWords account the Dealer will be using
  • Retrieving the dealer's inventory feed and ensuring it matches the inventory results on the dealer's website and is properly importing into our system
  • Configure the account in our system for setup
  • Verifying the design templates
  • Follow up (when needed) with the Development, Design Team, Accounting, Sales and the Dealer to handle any issues/requests
  • Notify Product Support Representatives of all details of the account and follow up until the account is launched
  • Manages day-to-day progress of client accounts.
  • Maintains communications and contacts to collect and analyze technical, financial, schedule, and sales information.

Salary:
Between 21K-25K annually
