QR Codes for Inventory

Doubtful. Have you checked with your website provider? I believe there are a few that can produce a code that links to the vehicles VDP.
QR Codes are just a fancy way to give someone a link, so there are plenty of non-automotive solutions here as well.
The trick is likely getting a feed of your used vehicles that already contains the VDP URL, as often those feeds only contain vehicle details and not the website URL.

And some website providers are just lovely and don't provide a way to direct link to a VDP from a Stock/VIN so you have to link to a filtered SRP instead.

As someone who runs inventory ads for dealers, this is a constant struggle.
We test all sorts of VIN searches, matching, scraping - sometimes it's just a lost cause and we have to send their ad traffic to a single vehicle SRP because the website vendor can't help.

Yes and I'm wanting to put a UTM tag into the link for GA tracking too.

Some vendors pitch that poor user experience as a positive - double opt-in :)
