Reaching a human being at cars.com

Just an update, got a call form my rep yesterday. He was on vacation, so that explains it! Just a matter of our wires crossed, it happens and is totally understandable. I've been contacted today by several people at cars.com and really appreciate all the help on this matter. Everyone has been exteremely professional and great to work with. A special thanks to Jeff and Alex, yet another example of how invaluable this community is.
 
Not that it matters to much, but I feel like saying this ...

I've had nothing but a good experience with Cars.com. My rep has been good and I contacted them today for the first time and they were able to get my problem taken care of over the phone.
