Recommendation for beginners - ILM open source version

Hello,

My name is Dan Dulgheru, live in Romania. In Romania we are beginners in the field of CRM / ILM. At the moment we use CRM without an option of ILM. Therefore I would like to receive a recommendation for an ILM solution - opensource. I want to implement the test version into a single dealer. Then I will seek the best solution - paid or open source application - which will be implemented in the company for 5 dealers I work.

Thanks

I'm not aware of any turn-key open source ILM's for dealers. Certainly, there are some platforms that could be modified to work. However, in the U.S. many franchises require their dealers to use certifed ILM's which then report back sales status' to them. This is a fairly expensive effort especially when you need to be re-certified every couple years.

  • A Romanian dealer seeks an open-source ILM (Internet Lead Management) solution for a single dealership before expanding to five locations.
  • The responses indicate that turn-key open-source ILM platforms don't exist for dealers, and U.S. franchise requirements for certified ILMs make implementation expensive and require frequent recertification, suggesting paid solutions may be necessary despite higher costs.
