Reynolds VPN issue

I connect to a dealership using a Windows VPN and I'm able to and the Reynolds server to the connection settings and Ping the server. But when I try to open ERAccess is just checks for software updates then closes the screen. I'm not getting a serial number either. I've had conference calls with the dealer and Reynolds support team. Everyone from hardware, software, and security and no solution has presented itself. Is there anyone who might have experienced this before? Your help is much appreciated.

They block alot of stuff, like Remote Desktop.
They might be blocking this specifically.

They used to deny any virtual keyboard from filling out the captcha, but I wouldn't put it past them detecting a session and closing down immediately.

Thanks for the reply. Turns out that the dealer has a third party IT team and they apparently do not know how to configure a VPN. Reynolds has been extremely helpful with the whole process.
