Sales Log Software

Hey does anyone here use a special app for their sales log? Or just a fancy spreadsheet?

Right now we have a Google Sheet. We've got some pretty sweet scripts stuff attached to it, but we've been using it for so long, there's so much data, the thing is starting to get slow. I'm thinking about switching to Airtable, but also would be open to trying out some software specifically designed for a sales log.

What's your location?
Your used IP is directing to a Ford dealer in the Texas area but also a few times in the Columbia (country?) Knowing what you have available to select from may lend us a hand in responding.
