I'm trying to evaluate our options when it comes to email marketing.

Specifically, we know our dealership needs automated emails sent out for:
XX,XXX mile checkups
new tires
oil changes
lease reminders
trade in offers
etc...

But we just aren't taking advantage of these opportunities right now. I think our dealership could seriously increase revenue if we were...

Does your dealership send automated emails for these types of services? If so, how are you currently sending the emails? Through your CRM, through a third party managed service(Naked Lime for example) or through an email marketing company(Constant Contact for example)?

Just trying to wrap my head around the best practices here and what the industry is using. Also, if you used a particular method and were unhappy with the results for whatever reason would love to know!

Cheers and have a great day :)

✨ AI Highlights

A dealer asks for guidance on implementing automated service reminder emails (maintenance checkups, tire replacements, oil changes, lease reminders, trade-in offers) and seeks input on delivery methods: in-house CRM, managed services like Naked Lime, or third-party email platforms like Constant Contact. The post appears incomplete but aims to benchmark industry best practices and identify which approach delivers the best results for increasing service revenue.
