Our Quicklane is typically very busy and wait times for an oil change can get up to 2 hours. Does anyone know of software or an app where we can post what the current wait time is for an oil change? Example would be Great Clips where you can go on their site and see different estimated wait times. Thank you!

One would think IF this type of feature would be built into the Service scheduling services like X-time. As far as I know, none of the major Service scheduling software offers this feature but I'm sure most have considered and even tried to implement it. For most dealers, my guess is there's too many variables involved in order to produce accuracy worth showcasing. However, for a "Quicklane" service as you are referring to, you would think someone would have figured this out.

A dealer asks for software to display real-time service wait times for their busy Quicklane department, similar to Great Clips' wait-time feature. Respondents note that major service scheduling software like X-Time don't currently offer this capability, partly due to accuracy challenges with multiple service variables, though one commenter identifies WaitWhile as a solution that Rydell has implemented at their stores.
